COVID-19 Response

We share a strong sense of concern for our family, friends, community and the world during this uncertain period. It may at times be disorienting and potentially isolating, but take heart in our strength to face life's challenges. Take time to step outside and enjoy the beauty of Spring, while we all follow CDC guidelines on social distancing to do our best to shorten this pandemic.

In consideration of unknown financial impact to our daily lives, late payment fees will be waived through May 31. Needless to say, it is still critical to remit our monthly dues and Conservice water/sewer payments to cover our monthly cost of community services - ranging from street lights to trash pickup to water service. The Board will continue to undertake efforts to curtail expenditures while maintaining our community.
